These Terms of Use govern your use of the COZYROC Pygmy web app and related public web pages (collectively, the "Service"), provided by COZYROC LLC ("COZYROC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

1. The Service

COZYROC Pygmy is a lightweight browser-based SSIS viewer that helps you inspect .dtsx and .ispac files. The Service is provided for review, analysis, and related lawful internal or personal use. Unless we expressly say otherwise, the Service is offered as a read-only viewer and does not guarantee support for every package format, deployment scenario, or browser environment.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and only with files, content, systems, and environments that you are authorized to access. You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe another party's rights, interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except to the extent such restrictions are not permitted by applicable law.

3. Your files and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the files and other content that you choose to open with Pygmy ("User Content"). In normal web app use, User Content is processed locally in your browser session and is not submitted to COZYROC merely because you open it in the viewer. You remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, integrity, backup, and security of your User Content and for the consequences of using the Service with that content.

4. Proprietary rights

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property other than your User Content, belongs to COZYROC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. These Terms of Use grant you only a limited right to use the Service and do not transfer any ownership rights to you. If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or may rely on third-party tools such as analytics, support widgets, hosting infrastructure, or download and distribution platforms. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and COZYROC is not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time and without liability. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COZYROC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific use case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COZYROC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms of Use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent a limitation of liability is not fully enforceable, COZYROC's liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COZYROC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable where COZYROC is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent mandatory local law requires otherwise.
